Asia-Oceania Q School – Final Day Line-Up
India’s Ishpreet Singh Chadha is just one match away from earning a place on the World Snooker Tour having reached the final round of Asia-Oceania Q School event two.
The last day of the tournament in Bangkok on Monday will see the two winners each receive a tour card for the 2023/24 and 2024/25 seasons.
Singh beat Yu Kiu Chang of Hong Kong 4-2 in the penultimate round and will now meet another Hong Kong player, Hon Man Chau who edged out Ka Wai Cheung 4-3.
The other match will be a Chinese derby between Guoqieng He, who saw off Tsz Ho Lee 4-0 with breaks of 71, 103, and 112, and Wang Yuchen, the only player among the last four who has played on the pro tour before. Wang scored two 4-3 victories on Sunday, beating Zulfiqar Abdul Qadir and Gong Chenzhi.
