Coral Series Charity Donation Grows Ahead Of Final Event
Coral will once again donate £100 to Jessie May Children’s Hospice at Home for every century break made during this week’s Coral Tour Championship.
The third and last tournament in the 2019 Coral Snooker Series runs from March 19 to 24 at Venue Cymru in Llandudno, with eight of the world’s top players battling for the trophy.
Throughout the series, Coral has donated £100 for every century break made. There were 25 tons at the Coral World Grand Prix in Cheltenham in February, and a further 24 at the Coral Players Championship in Preston earlier this month.
Coral also donated an extra £1,000 when Ronnie O’Sullivan made his 1,000th career century during the final in Preston. So the Coral Series Charity Donation now stands at £5,900.
Top stars O’Sullivan, Judd Trump, Neil Robertson, Mark Selby, Mark Williams, Mark Allen, Stuart Bingham and Kyren Wilson are in Llandudno for this week’s six-day event.
Based in Bristol, Jessie May has been World Snooker’s official charity since 2016. It provides a hospice at home service for terminally ill children, offering care to families in the Bristol area.

The incredible £5,900 raised so far will make a world of difference to the families the Jessie May Nurses are currently supporting. Funding like this is vital to our small charity and we are delighted Coral have pledged to continue donating £100 for every century break made throughout this week’s Coral Tour Championship.
