Crucible Centuries Record Beaten

The record for the total number of centuries made during the World Championship at the Crucible was beaten on Monday night as Judd Trump made the 109th ton of the tournament.

The record of 108 set last year was eclipsed in the 30th frame of this year’s final.

Mark Williams has had the most centuries this year with 16, equalling the record for a single player, set by Stephen Hendry in 2002. O’Sullivan has had 15 and Trump 12.
