Ladbrokes To Donate More Centuries Cash

Jessie MayPlayers Championship title sponsor Ladbrokes will donate £100 for every century break made during next week’s tournament to Jessie May Children’s Hospice at Home. Ladbrokes will also cover the 147 break bonus if a magical maximum is made during the event.

The tournament at Venue Cymru in Llandudno features an elite field of the top 16 players from this season’s one-year ranking list. Ronnie O’Sullivan, Mark Selby, Judd Trump, John Higgins, Neil Robertson and Shaun Murphy are among those battling for the trophy and £125,000 top prize.

For every century, Ladbrokes will donate £100 to World Snooker’s official charity. Jessie May Children’s Hospice at Home, based in Bristol, provides a hospice at home service for terminally ill children, offering care to families in the Bristol area.

After the recent World Grand Prix which featured 25 centuries, Ladbrokes donated £2,500.

And should a 147 break be made next week in North Wales, Ladbrokes will pay the bonus to the player from the rolling prize pot, which could be as high as £25,000.

Adrian Osman from the Ladbrokes Coral Group said “We are looking forward to another excellent tournament and hopefully the 25 centuries at the recent Ladbrokes World Grand Prix will be exceeded and the wonderful charity that is the Jessie May Children’s Hospice at Home will benefit accordingly.”

The Ladbrokes Players Championship will receive extensive live coverage from ITV4. Tickets are still available – for details CLICK HERE or call 01492 872000.
