New WPBSA Website Launched
The World Professional Billiards and Snooker Association (WPBSA) have today launched an all-new website which you can visit at www.wpbsa.com
Introducing a new-look and responsive theme for mobile devices, key features include:
- About – Includes a new timeline charting the history of snooker and billiards, information about how the WPBSA functions together with World Snooker and about snooker’s Olympic vision
- News and Blogs – All of the latest news and information from the WPBSA, as well as blogs from Matt Huart, author of Pro Snooker Blog
- Governance – A comprehensive resource in respect of the governance of the sport
- Player support – information and resources for all main tour players including the basics for players new to the World Snooker Tour. Player profiles are to be added for all tour players in due course
- Rankings – A full explanation of how the World Snooker ranking list operates and what exactly we mean by commonly used terminology, together with updated provisional ranking lists
- Play – Learn how snooker is a sport for all and more about the WPBSA’s subsidiary bodies and initiatives including the WLBS, WDBS and WBL.
