Women’s Snooker – WWS

World Women’s Snooker (WWS) has been responsible for women’s snooker since 1981 and hosts a series of international snooker events for women and girls of all ages.

Tournaments are regularly staged across the globe and are open to players of all levels of experience, with side-events regularly held for both junior and senior players. Over 100 players representing 18 different countries are included on the world women’s ranking list.

With support provided by the World Professional Billiards and Snooker Association and the World Snooker Federation, the tour provides a clear pathway for the world’s best women players to be able to play at prestigious mixed gender professional events. Since the start of 2017 women have competed at the World Snooker Championship in Sheffield, the IWGA World Games in Poland, World Snooker Challenge Tour and Q School.
