2020: Enjoys a double victory at the EBSA European Championships in Portugal, winning both the under-18 and under-21 events. Beats Sean Maddocks 4-1 in the final of the former and Hayden Staniland 5-2 to win the latter. Makes his televised debut at the Shoot Out and beats Robbie McGuigan and world number eight Kyren Wilson to reach the last 32 before losing to Craig Steadman. Turns pro for the first time.  Scores a sensational 5-4 victory over Ronnie O’Sullivan in the second round of the European Masters. Goes on to beat Matthew Stevens 5-3 to reach the last 16 before losing to Yan Bingtao.
