Career highlights:
2013: Comes through Q School to earn a tour card for the first time, becoming Switzerland’s only professional.
2017: Wins the European Under-21 Championship, beating Jackson Page in the final. Enjoys a tremendous run to the semi-finals of the English Open, including a win over 2005 World Champion Shaun Murphy, eventually losing to Kyren Wilson.
2019: Reaches the last 16 of the Welsh Open. Quarter-finalist at the Northern Ireland Open.
2020: Becomes the first Swiss player to qualify for the Crucible, beating Andrew Higginson in the final round of World Championship qualifying. Loses out to Barry Hawkins in the first round at the Theatre of Dreams. Beats Ronnie O’Sullivan at the UK Championship.
2023: Drops off the pro tour but regains his place immediately via Q School.
