Bio
Elsayed was the first player from the United States to appear at the Crucible, playing in the 2022 World Seniors Championship. Just over a year later he arrived on the professional tour having earned his spot as winner of the Pan American Championship, and in one of his earliest events he pushed Zhang Anda to a 5-3 finish in Wuhan Open qualifying. An engineering graduate, Elsayed starred in the Broadway staging of snooker-based play The Nap.
