  • Allen earned a place on the World Snooker Tour for the first time by coming through Q School in 2015. He beat Alex Taubman 4-2 in the final round of event two.
  • His best performance of the 2015/16 season came at the Shanghai Masters where he beat Barry Pinches and Aditya Mehta to reach the last 64.
