1991: Makes the first of his three official 147s.
1992: Wins his first ranking title at the Strachan Open, beating John Parrott 9-3 in the final. Also wins the World Matchplay and Humo Masters.
1993: Reaches the semi-finals of the World Championship, losing 16-9 to Jimmy White.
1994: Wins the Thailand Open in his native Bangkok, beating Steve Davis 9-7 in the in the final. Runner-up at the British Open for the third time. Climbs to a career high position of number three in the world.
1995: Wins the Thailand Open again, this time beating Ronnie O’Sullivan 9-6 in the final to secure his third and most recent ranking title.
1997: Makes the semis at the Crucible for the second time, losing 17-13 to Stephen Hendry.
