2013: Wins the German Amateur Championship at the age of just 17.
2017: Turns pro after coming through Q School, beating Martin O’Donnell 4-1 in the final round. Reaches the last 32 of the Riga Masters, scoring a notable win over Neil Robertson.
2018: Reaches the last 32 of the Riga Masters again.
2019: Makes the last 32 of three ranking events – the Riga Masters, Welsh Open and Shoot Out.
2020: Regains a place on the pro tour thanks to his performances on the Challenge Tour. Finishes second in the Challenge Tour rankings, having won one event and reached the semi-finals of three others. Scores a superb 4-0 win over Mark Selby on his way to the last 32 of the Northern Ireland Open.
2021: Reaches the last 16 of a ranking event for the first time in his career at the British Open, beating three players including Yan Bingtao.
