2018: Wins the inaugural WSF Championship, beating Adam Stefanow 6-0 in the final, to earn a tour card. During his debut season, reaches the quarter-finals of the English Open, knocking out Neil Robertson in the last 16 before losing 5-3 to Ronnie O’Sullivan.
2019: Qualifies for the final stages of the World Championship at the first attempt. Beats Marco Fu, Robbie Williams and Tom Ford to make it to the Crucible, but then finds himself on the wrong end of a 10-0 whitewash against Shaun Murphy. Makes another quarter-final at the Riga Masters.
