Here’s your chance to follow your dreams and become a professional snooker player for the next two years! Q School 2023 is open for entries, with the graduates to receive a World Snooker Tour card for the 2023/24 and 2024/25 seasons.
Staged at the Morningside Arena in Leicester, there will be two events, with eight tour cards available in total. As usual, the four semi-finalists from each event will earn a place on the pro circuit. The entry fee is £600.
An Order of Merit will be compiled during Q School with players earning one point for every frame won. During the 2023/2024 season, should the number of entries in any World Snooker Tour event fall below the required number of entrants, subject to wildcards and commercial agreements, the highest ranked players from the Q School Order of Merit will be used to top up to the required number of entrants.
If you have the talent, determination and ambition to succeed in snooker, sign up for Q School and take this chance!
Asia and Oceania Q School
The Billiard Sports Association of Thailand will host the Asia and Oceania Q School event, which will run at the same time as the UK event. Full details will be available on our website shortly.
To clarify, the UK Q School is open to anyone from any region in the world, but the Q School for Asia and Oceania is only open to players who are a resident in either of these regions. Players will not be permitted to enter both the Asian and UK events.
