One of snooker’s Triple Crown events, the Masters has been running since 1975. Only the world’s top 16 players are handed a place in the elite field.
WST Chairman Barry Hearn OBE said: “In these dark times we all need a light at the end of the tunnel, and for fans who love sport, the chance to come to the big events is something we are keenly anticipating. At WST we are doing all we can to work towards this goal. The thrill of being there in the crowd for the major events is unique, and the players are also missing the sensation of walking out in front of a packed house.
“As an elite sport we have kept our tour going with televised events. But we can’t wait to welcome back our fabulous fans, while keeping their health and safety as our highest priority. Alexandra Palace remains the home of the Masters and our intention is to return to this fantastic London venue in 2022.
“Take this opportunity to get tickets booked early for next year and then look forward to what will be a wonderful experience.”
