Trump Makes 147 In Berlin

Judd Trump made the second maximum break of his career during his quarter-final match against Mark Selby at the Kreativ Dental German Masters on Friday night.

A bumper crowd at the Tempodrom saw Trump score a perfect 147 in the fifth frame of his clash with Selby, who had led 3-1 at the interval. Trump’s first maximum also came against Selby, at the 2013 Antwerp Open.

The break is worth £5,000 from the maximum bonus pot, plus the 4,000 Euro high break prize, as long as it is not equalled.

Trump’s 147 is the 113th in snooker history and eighth of the season.
