LP Cues has become a partner of one of snooker’s greatest tournaments, the Victorian Plumbing UK Championship, for the first time.
Leading snooker cue brand LP Cues, which has 35 years of history, has partnered with WST for the first time on this prestigious event, which will run from November 23rd to December 1st in York, England.
Part of the sport’s Triple Crown Series, the tournament has been ever present on the calendar since 1977 and is contested by 32 of the world’s leading players. It is televised to a worldwide audience of hundreds of millions, by CCTV5, BBC, Eurosport and many other broadcasters.
Ronnie O’Sullivan won the title for the eighth time last year, beating Ding Junhui in the final. China’s greatest player Ding has won the title three times, in 2005, 2009 and 2019.
WST’s Chief Commercial Officer Peter Wright said: “We are delighted to join forces with LP Cues, we know is it a very prestigious brand and we look forward to working with their team.”
